Nursing and Midwifery Careers Events
Tuesday 21st September 2010 at 5.30pm, MDEC Building, Altnagelvin Hospital
Wednesday 22nd September 2010 at 5.30pm, hosted by South West College, Omagh Campus
Participants: Year 12 and 13 students with a specific interest in either Nursing or Midwifery.
The evening consisted of talks providing an overview of nursing as a career and outlining the different fields within the profession. This was followed by an opportunity for the students to meet and speak with professionals from the key areas, including:
- Adult;
- Learning Disability;
- Mental Health;
- Children’s;
- Midwifery.
