CITB would like to thank you again for all your help in organising our diversity Event and site visits as part of your National Construction Week programme. We appreciate that your time is precious but value your assistance in making events as beneficial and realistic for participants as possible. Feedback from students was excellent and it is hoped that their experiences during the week will encourage them to find out more about the careers that Construction has to offer so that hopefully, we’ll see them again working in our industry in the future.
I have the highest regard for the work undertaken by FOSEC and am very glad that The Millenium Forum continues each year to be associated with them.
These young people are the employees of the future and it’s important that they get an insight into the expectations of employers. Seeing the day-to-day operations of a real workplace is the best way they can do that.
As a Derry business we want to see the local economy grow and to do our part to help foster new businesses. The FOSEC Class programme provided a perfect opportunity to do both. Personally, I’d say that any business that can help, should help. If the North West is going to meet its undoubted potential then we need to prepare the students of today to become the high-quality people we need for tomorrow.
We are only too glad to be helping you out and giving Sean Paul a placement. Everyone enjoys having a new face around and they appreciate that we are able to do something for someone in the local area. Thanks for facilitating the opportunity!
